Strengthening of Water Utilities

This TC will support the design and implementation of the PRODI program. Investment plans for participating operating organizations will be validated and an instrument so that individual consultants can get certified in how to make and supervise these investment plans. Additionally, a monitoring and supervision system as well as a training program to strengthen technical, financial and institutional skills for the operating organizations will be established.
