The effect of violence prevention programs in youth at risk in Mexico

The main objective of this TC is to contribute to the prevention of violence among teenagers (12-16 years old) in violent areas prioritized by the Mexican government. Particularly the aim of the TC is to prevent that these youth at risk get involved in criminal activities or gangs. It is expected to work in 20 schools in the prioritized areas by the Mexican government. In addition to these, the objective of this TC is to generate scientific evidence about the impact of programs of this type through a rigorous impact evaluation of this project.
