Strengthening of the planning capacity of SENER

Technical Cooperation (TC) guide the capacity building of SENER for energy planning through consolidation and implementation of a decision-making center for the energy sector. The center is a physical and virtual high-tech equipment for the handling and display of information, similar to a control center, which will be used by specialists for analysis SENER prospective energy space. This will allow you to perform the exercises SENER energy sector planning the new legal and regulatory framework for energy reform imposes as the institution leading the energy sector as stipulated by the Electricity Industry Act, the Hydrocarbons Law , and the Internal Rules of the SENER.
