The overall objective of this project is to support the Government of Jalisco (GoJ) support the implementation of the Digital Creative City (DCC). The specific objectives of this project are to provide technical expertise for: (i) consolidating a governance model and execution mechanism for the development of the DCC; (ii) developing a strategy for attracting private sector investment in the DCC; and (iii) supporting the GoJ in prioritizing actions and implementing mechanisms for promoting enterprise creation and talent development.
