Two broad objectives a) the consolidation of DUIS as the process through which public policy in Mexico seeks to guarantee sustainable land development and b) the perfecting of the methodology underpinning the DUIS, developping a new type of DUIS, the redensification/regeneration plans and introducing an economic planning criterion in the existing methodology.
