Support to the Development of Climate Change State Action Plans

The objective of this TC is elaborate, promote the implementation, publish and disseminate a State programme of action against climate change (PEACC) in three Mexican States to define and evaluate pilot measures to CO2 mitigate emissions as well as for adapting to climate change to increase the adaptive capacity of the State and reduce current vulnerabilities and future in priority sectors.
