The objective of the TC is to strengthen the federal agencies in charge of coordinating the CC agenda in Mexico (SEMARNAT, INE y la SHCP), as well as the federal sectoral agencies that have the largest impact and responsibility over the implementation of the agenca. The activities will support the implementation of the Special Climate Change Program (PECC), will promote integrated, concrete, gradual and cost-effective actions in the areas of GHG mitigation and adaptation to climate change.
