Support for the Establishment of the Digital Government
The objective of this project is to assist the Government of Quintana Roo to improve the quality of service and to contribute to the reduction of the digital divide. Especifically, this TC will support the creation of an office to manage the ICT projects. This office will be in charge of the coordination, management, and elegibility of the ICT projects.
Technical and financial assistance will be required to establish the e-government in Quintana Roo. This will contribute to the evolution of efficient and transparent process to transform the modus operandi of the public administration as well as improve its interaction with the civil society.
