Support to Mexico's Public Service Contract (PPS)
The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to provide support to the SHCP and the Secretary of Finance (Hacienda) for the further elaboration of the legal and institutional frameworks of its PPS program with a view toward implementation of a small number of pilot projects. These pilot projects are planned in the health, education and transport sectors.
