Program to Improve the Quality of Employment in Mexico

The development objective of this programmatic series is to establish the basis to improve the quality of employment in Mexico through better labor representation; lower cost of labor conflict resolution; higher rate of coverage and lower costs of social security. The objective of this first operation is to improve the quality of employment through supporting the design of normative labor reforms to: (i) improve the defense of labor rights; (ii) improve labor justice; and (iii) improve the functioning of social security.
