The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to support the Government of Jamaica in preparing a pipeline of sustainable, climate-resilient and investment-ready infrastructure PPP projects in the Greater Kingston Metropolitan Area by financing pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, as well as other project preparation activities that strengthen project bankability, promote international best practices and facilitate private investment.
