The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the preparation and execution of the JA-L1091 project, which aims to foster the development of key strategic economic sectors in Jamaica. The specific objectives are: (i) to improve Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system's capacity to align workers´ skills with the three prioritized industries' requirements; and (ii) to improve the country's capacity to increase exports and attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in manufacturing and logistics
