Support for Operationalization of the Start-Up Plan for Spanish Town Hospital

The objective of the technical cooperation (TC) is to support the design of the organizational structure and the launch of services for the operation of the Spanish Town Hospital (STH) across its various facilities. The aim is to establish an integrated, efficient, and quality oriented service delivery model. To achieve this, the work will include: (i) defining the services to be provided in each facility; (ii) estimating the resources required for each service; and (iii) changing management process. This will be complemented by support for the development of a commissioning plan for the new infrastructure financed under the JA L1049 Program.
