Reinforcing the Health System of Jamaica to Respond to the Health Needs of the Population

The general objective of this TC is to support the implementation of the loan operation JA-L1049. To achieve this goal, this TC will finance the following: (i)  implementation of the chronic care model for the prevention of Non-Communicable (Chronic) Diseases (NCDs)risk factors and improved access to an upgraded and integrated primary and secondary health network in prioritized areas with an emphasis on chronic disease management (ii) support the supervision of infrastructure works and operationalization of Spanish Town Hospital; and (iii) advance the digital health transformation of the public health care system.
