JamBot: Jamaica’s talking public information and services chatbot

The objective of this project is to reduce barriers to access to public information and services in Jamaica, especially for people with limited literacy, digital skills, and internet connectivity. This will be achieved by the development of JamBot, a WhatsApp-based chatbot that can respond any question answerable from a Jamaican government website and process select transactional services.
