Supporting the Recovery of the Energy Sector in Jamaica from the COVID-19 Pandemic
The general objective of this TC is to support Jamaica energy sector's recovery from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The measures implemented by the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) to curtail the spread of the virus will require the reliability and resilience of the energy sector to ensure business continuity during and post-COVID 19 pandemic. The specific objectives of this TC are to: (i) address the financial strains on the electricity sector, (ii) support the modernization and security of operational systems, and (iii) support interventions for vulnerable communities.
