Montego Bay-Implementing Emerging and Sustainable Cities Initiative Action Plan
The main objective of this operation is to finance: (i) pre-investment studies for prioritized interventions identified in the Emerging and Sustainable Cities Initiative (ESCI) action plan for Montego Bay, including pre-feasibility, feasibility, ESA, bill of quantities and support documents as required; and (ii) establish a monitoring system to help keep track of the progress that has been achieved with respect to the action plan.
