The objective of this operation is to facilitate the transfer of successful experiences and best practice between the Ministry of Transport and Communication in Peru and the National Works Agency in Jamaica on the use of Road Maintenance modalities using community based mirco enterprises as an important first step before the active implementation of the recently approved Road Improvement Program JA-L1027.
