JA-S1001 : Expanding Access to Financial Services for Rural Microentreprises in Jamaica

Project Status: Closed

The goal of this project is to contribute to greater access to financial services for micro entrepreneurs in Jamaica, especially in the rural areas and secondary cities. The project will do so by providing loan funds for the expansion of MCL¿s portfolio in these areas, and it will also provide technical assistance in the design and implementation of new loan products which are adequate to this sector.
