Continued Support to the Public Sector Transformation Programme

The general development objective of this programme is to increase the efficiency of the management of public sector human, financial and organizational resources. This objective will be accomplished through the following specific development objectives: (i) enhancing the management of core government support functions; (ii) optimizing the structure and the coordination mechanisms of government; and (iii) strengthening public sector human capital management.
