The general objective of the operation is to consolidate the fiscal reform program iniciated by the first and second loan operations of the programmatic PBL. The main goal of the present operation is to aid the country to implement policy reforms in the areas of tax-wavers and debt management in substitution of interim measures supported by the previous two operations.
