Expanding Technical Capabilities of Communities
The goal of the project is to help reduce causes of poverty related to isolation and unequal opportunity. It will finance studies to determine the viability and cost-effectiveness of a new service delivery model for education and market knowledge, as well as institutional strengthening activities for COHCIT. The latter will include financing for new technologies in education, telecommunications and energy as well as creation of a monitoring system.
