Enhancing the Efficient and Equitable Governance of Public Expenditure in Honduras
Strengthen the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Finance and other related institutions to promote the quality and efficiency of public spending. Through this effort, it will contribute to improving public expenditure execution processes, as well as consolidating macroeconomic and fiscal frameworks that ensure greater predictability and discipline in the use of resources. Additionally, it aims to help close the gaps that have limited the impact of public spending on economic and social development, recognizing the need to strengthen the link between fiscal policy and the creation of enabling conditions for better overall business performance, especially for MSMEs.
