Support the preparation of the Investment Program Operation to increase energy access in indigenous and Afro-Honduran communities. The specific objectives are: (i) support the preparation of designs, updating of infrastructure investment budgets and development of environmental and social studies; (ii) identify opportunities for productive energy use programs in the territories where the investments will be made; (iii) support the strengthening of the capacities of the executing agency, the planning entity and the regulator.
