Strengthening the Strategic Cross-Cutting Systems of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Honduras and the Institutional Capacities for the Implementation of Priority Digital Government Initiatives in Honduras.

The objectives of the Technical Cooperation (TC) are: (i) to strengthen planning, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) capacities within public institutions in Honduras. This includes improving the planning processes to ensure that public programs and projects have clear, coherent, and aligned objectives, targets, and indicators across the various national planning instruments; and (ii) to strengthen the strategic technical capacities of the Honduran Digital Republic Agency (AGEHRED) by promoting appropriate strategic and regulatory frameworks and supporting the implementation of prioritized initiatives that are part of Honduras' digital government agenda.
