Support for the Program to increase resilience to floods in the Sula Valley, Honduras

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the implementation of the "Program to Increase Resilience to Floods in the Sula Valley," in Honduras (HO-L1244). The specific objectives are (i) to support the initiation of the program's execution, (ii) to advise local institutions on implementing methodologies that build resilience in the Sula Valley, and (iii) to propose guidelines aligned with gender, ethnic-racial, and inclusion approaches for persons with disabilities (PcD) and LGBTQ+ individuals, integrating disaster risk management and climate change adaptation into territorial planning.
