Support for the execution of the Program for Comprehensive Modernization and Professionalization for the National Police Services in Honduras, and the Strengthening of Public Systems for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Honduras Government.

The general objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the capacities of citizen security, planning, monitoring, and evaluation public institutions in Honduras. The specific objectives are: (i) support the operational management of the Program for Comprehensive Modernization and Professionalization for the National Police (PNH) Services in Honduras; and (ii) contribute to the construction of state capacities for the adequate operation of planning, monitoring and evaluation systems, and their linkage with the Honduran budget system.
