Support for the comprehensive modernization, professionalization and digitalization of the services of the Honduran National Police
The general objective is to support the state capacity of the SEDS and the PNH in its digital transformation process, through the formulation of an infotechnological strategy for the National Police of Honduras, comprehensive modernization, professionalization, transparency and accountability. The specific objectives are: (i) conduct an analysis of the current situation of the technological and digital development of the PNH and propose actions to readjust and update policies, strategies, plans and programs to improve technological and infotechnological capabilities to provide digital services to citizens; (ii) propose a Strategy for the Technological and Digital Development of the PNH and to promote digital services to citizens; (iii) formulate a proposal for training the police force and critical actors within the HNP in the new modalities of digital police service; and, (iv) develop standardized protocols (records and forms designed) for accessibility by citizens to specific prioritized digital police services.
