Chocolate-4-All: Digitizing the Cocoa Value Chain in Honduras
The project addresses last mile challenges by delivering products and services to small-scale cocoa producers who have been excluded from productivity enhancing innovations related to biotechnology, mechanization, and digital financial services. Chocolate-4-All will put these technologies to use on small-scale farms where they have the potential to increase yields and open new market channels. The project will deliver services to 1,200 smallholder cocoa farmers in Honduras, organized into four cooperatives/associations located in the department of Olancho.
