The main objective is to provide technical advice to the Ministry of Health in defining mechanisms that contribute to the implementation, strengthening and consolidation of the process of reforming the public health system through the identification of milestones to advance said process, support in the implementation and coordination of integrated networks of health services managed with decentralized models including proposals aimed at the autonomy of hospital management.
