The present Technical Cooperation seeks to support the implementation of the Census Test in 2013, and parallel mechanisms strengthen civil society to use the results of it. Thus, the various components to, among others, continue to promote a culture of evaluation, abreast of progress in the academic performance of students to strengthen weaknesses and enhance the strengths, as well as key information for planning interventions not only by of the Ministry of Education but also by national and international organizations involved in the education sector.
