The general objective of this TC is to strengthen the regulatory, institutional and policy energy frameworks of Honduras to facilitate the development of renewable energies, in line with the country¿s national development objectives (Honduras¿ National Plan). Specifically, this TC seeks to support the development of policies, laws, regulations, rules, standards and incentive schemes, while building capacity in order to improve the integration of renewables in the energy sector.
