The overall objective is to promote the improvement of solid waste management in the study area , the specific objectives of the Technical Cooperation are: (i) generating a diagnosis to know more depth level state services Waste solid Waste that are provided in the urban centers of Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela, the two "twin " cities are the capital of Honduras; and (ii) on the basis of an integrated and participatory approach built under diagnosis, propose an improvement plan that addresses the requirements of the city in terms of the services.
