1. Channel the funds from the SREP of the Strategic Climate Funds (SCF) within the Climate Investment Funds (CIFs) to the Finance Secretary of the Government of Honduras for the preparation of the Investment Plan and the associated Programs to be financed by SREP. 2. Support SEFIN to establish the SREP Team within its organisation. 3. Identify relevant information, prepare and develop the above mentioned Investment Plan and associated Programs.
