Strengthening Disaster Risk Management System
Strengthen the capacities for natural disaster risk management in Honduras. The specific objectives are to: 1) pre-investment studies required for the preparation of an investment program to strengthen the National Risk Management System (SINAGERH), ii) capacity building of institutions involved in the SINAGERH, and iii) carry out an assessment of maxiumum probable losses as an input to the development of risk transfer mechanisms.
