Gender Assessment for the Housing Sector in Honduras
The project's general objective is to promote de facto equal access to the housing market for women, including publicly-supported housing initiatives, within the framework of reforms that will be carried as part of the IDB loan. The specific objective is to raise relevant issues that should be addressed by the Government of Honduras, through HO-L1007, to proactively remove or restrict those practices and regulations that encumber women's access to adequate housing, and to suggest viable recommendations on how to do so.
