Diversification in Second-tier Mechanism to Support Rural Finance

The project will support Covelo Foundation, a second-tier financial organization based in Honduras with regional operations in Central America, to achieve economies of scale in the provision of funds to microfinance institutions working with rural microentrepreneurs in the areas of influence of the Northern Triangle of Central America (El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala).
