Strengthening the Microfinance Institution Hermandad de Honduras
The objective of the project is to improve the supply of financial services in rural Honduras. The specific objective is to strengthen and support the microfinance institution Hermandad de Honduras in its process of transformation into a regulated entity, which will permit it
to consolidate its services in rural areas, expand its coverage, and build up its institutional capacity. The project has two components: (i) the design and marketing of new products; and (ii) institutional and operational strengthening.
