Programmatic Support to the Power Sector Reforms Agenda
The objective of the program is to support the GoH in the implementation of the reform and sector policies, required to improve the financial sustainability, operational efficiency and energy sufficiency. The specific objectives are i) to strengthen the institutional capacity and the regulatory framework: ii) to improve the financial sustainability; and iii) to adopt energy policies to guarantee the energy security.
