HO-L1030 : Fiscal Reform Support Program

The general objective of the program is to support the Republic of Honduras in strengthening its fiscal revenue in order to consolidate macroeconomic stability and resume a sustainable growth path, by modernizing the tax system and boosting the revenue of State-owned enterprises. The program has three components: (i) macroeconomic stability; (ii) reform of the tax system; and (iii) increase in the revenues of State-owned enterprises. The estimated amount of the loan is US$45.8 million. The proceeds from the loan will be disbursed in two equal tranches of US$22.9 million.
