Reach Up home visit program in Haiti: child development and caregiver socioemotional wellbeing

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to implement an experimental impact evaluation to estimate the effects of the "Reach Up and Learn" (RUL) home-visiting program on child development outcomes, caregiving practices, and the quality of the home environment among vulnerable households in Haiti. The evaluation will focus on beneficiary children and their caregivers in the South-East and North-East regions of the country.
