The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to support the Government of Haiti in defining a development strategy for Cap-Haïtien International Airport that addresses the most urgent needs of the current context and lays the foundation for sustainable medium- and long-term investments through the preparation of technical, operational, financial, and conceptual studies that will enable the structuring of a future IDB investment operation.
