Strengthening social protection and labor markets interventions in Haiti

The Technical Cooperation (TC) aims to provide operational support to the Economic and Social Assistance Funds (FAES, Fonds d'Assistance Économique et Sociale) in the development and implementation of IDB-financed operations in Haiti. Given the complexity and scale of activities, FAES require enhanced operational support, which will be provided through: (i) support FAES annual planning, monitoring, reporting, and implementation activities; (ii) technical training for the executing agency and mobilization of consultants; and (iii) support the design, implementation and evaluation of Early Childhood Development (ECD) initiatives.
