The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to strengthen fiduciary systems in Haiti by improving public procurement capacity and supporting the development, validation, institutional endorsement and initial implementation of a harmonized national accounting curriculum aligned with international standards and adapted to the Haitian context. Expected outcomes include improved procurement performance, stronger institutional capacity among executing agencies, a validated accounting curriculum, enhanced faculty capacity, and improved consistency in accounting education.
