This TC aims to strengthen fiduciary systems in Haiti by improving public procurement capacity in targeted execution units and supporting the development of a harmonized national accounting curriculum aligned with international standards and adapted to the Haitian context. Building on previous Bank support, the TC will address operational weaknesses identified during procurement implementation and supervision while also supporting the medium-term strengthening of accounting education and professional capacity. Through these two complementary components, the TC will contribute to stronger fiduciary performance, greater accountability, and more effective use of public and development resources
