Support the Ministry of Health and Population in the identification of strategies for Reducing Maternal and Neonatal Mortality

The purpose of this TC is to support the design of operation HA-L1134 aimed at reducing maternal and under 5 mortality rates. The health operation interventions will take place mostly in the North or North-West departments with some activities in the North-East, following the geographical focus of the Bank's Country Strategy 2017-2021. The TC will fund necessary studies to identify strategies to reduce maternal, neonatal and under 5 mortality rates and inform components of the operation.
