HA-T1182 : Institutional Strengthening to Increase the Technical Capacity of the GoH

This TC will support the institutional capacity of the Northeast region of Haiti at the Regional Planning level and at the national level through the Minister of Environment and the Technical Execution Unit (UTE) of Haiti's - Ministry of the Economy and Finance, in order to build technical capacity to deal with the medium and longer term impacts of the Industrial Park of Caracol, and other projects located in the Northern of Haiti.
