Mitigating the Environmental Impacts of the PIC in the Caracol Bay
The objective of this TC is to ensure protection of biodiversity resources in the Northeast of Haiti through the establishment of the institutional basis for the new protected area .This will be achieved by working in coordination with the Ministry of the Environment to ensure the establishment and implementation of a protected area that includes the Caracol Bay.
