HA-T1122 : New Technologies and Government Transformation in Haiti

The TC will contribute to consolidate the work of the Group de Travail sur les Technologies de l¿Information et de la Communication (GTIC) in identifying and harnessing the potential of new technologies for government transformation in Haiti, by supporting the development of a strategic plan of action to implement an integrated technology platform for the Haiti government; identifying actions needed and preparing the groundwork for creating the necessary legal framework to fully realize the benefits of new technologies in the transformation of the public sector, and to demonstrate the potential of mobile technology as a channel to improve government services delivery.
