The objetive is to examine the viability of the industrial park model in order to improve trade opportunities for the garment industry. The technical cooperation will map locations, analyze existing initiatives and elaborate preliminary business plans for new industrial parks, where garment and other industries could be installed in Haiti, becoming attraction poles for private and public investments, increasing exports and employment, and therefore taking full advantage of the HOPE II agreement.
