Support the consolidation of governance through the improvement of the work of the legislature. The program will (a) ensure the quality and consistency of existing legislation by conducting a selective review of the country's laws; (b) strengthen the rules and regulations governing the Parliament and improve it's technical capacity to carry out its legislative agenda.
